What It Is
The Kult Card Promotion is a partnership between local downtown businesses and KLA Capital. Our aim is to foster stronger relationships with local businesses and become more engaged in the Downtown area, with the goal of helping to improve and highlight everything it has to offer.
Think of it as an incentive program. Many businesses provide discounts and promotions to attract customers, often paying for advertising on platforms like Groupon, Yelp, and others. This program is similar, but with a key difference: participating businesses are featured on our platform and promoted to our tenants at no cost to them. It's entirely free for local businesses, and in return, we simply ask for some form of incentive to encourage our tenants to visit their establishments."
How It Works
Our tenants will have full access to all pages on this platform, allowing them to explore and discover various downtown businesses and the incentives they can receive by visiting those locations.
Tenants will also have a digital pass stored in their mobile wallets. This pass acts as an ID that participating businesses can use to verify that the customer is part of the KLA program. Tenants will present the pass directly from their digital wallet (not as a screenshot or image) to identify themselves.
Staff at participating locations should be familiar with the program and able to apply the discount or incentive manually at checkout. To ensure a smooth experience and avoid any inconvenience for the businesses, we just want to make sure everyone is aligned and understands the program.
Security
This program is exclusive to KLA tenants. To prevent misuse, only our tenants will have full access to all pages on this website. Additionally, the digital pass will be available solely to our current tenants. We manage both the users who have access to the platform and those who can use the pass. If someone is no longer a tenant, they will lose access to the platform, and their pass will show as expired.
Therefore, it's important for businesses to ensure that the incentive is only given to individuals with a valid, non-expired pass.
